Acceptance & eligibility
By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. You represent that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or a professional acquiring these products on behalf of a research or laboratory organization, and that you are purchasing solely for laboratory and research purposes.
Research use only
All products are sold strictly as laboratory research materials and reference standards. They are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic use, and are not drugs, foods, supplements, or cosmetics. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a recommendation to administer any compound to a human or animal, and no dosing, administration, or usage guidance is provided.
Products & pricing
Prices and availability reflect live inventory and may change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where a product is mispriced or out of stock, or where an order appears intended for human or animal use.
Payment
Payment is made in cryptocurrency via our payment processor. Your order is created as pending and confirmed once payment settles on-chain. See the Refund Policy for cancellations and partial payments.
Shipping, title & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed. You are the importer of record for your shipment.
Buyer responsibility & compliance with law
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, receipt, handling, storage, and use of these products comply with all applicable laws and regulations — including import, customs, and research-chemical rules — in your jurisdiction, and with good laboratory practices. You assume full responsibility and risk for the lawful handling and use of any product purchased.
No warranty & limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research use, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowMyPeptides is not liable for any misuse of products or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KnowMyPeptides and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or your use of any product in a manner inconsistent with its research-use-only designation.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which KnowMyPeptides operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located there.
