What does “research grade” mean?
It means the material is intended and supplied as a laboratory reference standard — synthesized and handled for research use, not as a drug, supplement, or consumer product. See our primer on research peptides for more.
What is a certificate of analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document describing a material’s identity and purity for a given lot. A certificate of analysis is available on request for your laboratory records — just reach out with your order number.
What form do products ship in?
Most research peptides ship lyophilized (freeze-dried) as a powder in a sealed vial, which is the standard form for stability. They should be kept cold and protected from light.
Do you provide dosing or usage guidance?
No. We supply materials for laboratory and research use only and do not provide any dosing, administration, or usage guidance of any kind. Product listings describe identity, class, and handling — nothing more.
Ordering & payment
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely in cryptocurrency. After you place your order you’ll be sent to a hosted payment page; once your payment settles on-chain, your order confirms automatically and moves into fulfillment. No card details are ever collected.
What if my crypto payment came up short?
Network fees can occasionally leave a payment slightly under the invoice total (“partially paid”). If that happens, your order is held and we’ll reach out by email to resolve the difference — see the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Orders that haven’t shipped yet can be cancelled for a full refund. Because these are research materials, we can’t accept returns once shipped, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments. Full details are in the Refund & Returns Policy.
Shipping
How do I track my order?
Every order has a private status page — bookmark the link from checkout (we also email it to you). It updates automatically from “awaiting payment” to “paid,” then shows shipping status once your order is on its way.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the exterior, packed to preserve stability in transit. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment confirming. See Shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship domestically and to select international destinations. International buyers are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring receipt complies with local law and for any customs duties.

Are these products for human or animal use?
No. All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes and are not for human or veterinary consumption, ingestion, injection, or therapeutic or cosmetic use. See our Research Use Policy.
