Refund & Returns Policy

Because these are research materials whose integrity cannot be verified once they leave our control, we cannot accept returns of shipped products. This policy explains the limited circumstances in which a refund or replacement is available. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
Before your order ships
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Because payment is made in cryptocurrency, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency at the amount received; network fees and exchange-rate movement between payment and refund are not reimbursed.
Underpaid or partial payments
If a crypto payment settles below the invoice total (a partial payment), your order is held and we will contact you by email to resolve the balance or arrange a refund of the amount received.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review each case individually and, where warranted, provide a replacement or refund. Do not discard the product or packaging until the review is complete.
Non-refundable situations
Once shipped, orders are non-refundable except as described above. We are not responsible for orders refused or seized in customs, for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout, or for any use of a product outside its intended laboratory and research use.
